Toothpaste isn’t supposed to be exciting. That was the whole problem.
Perfora came to us with a better product and a category that had been asleep since the 90s. Our job at Studio OkCaramel wasn’t to make another tube on another shelf. It was to make oral care feel like something you’d happily put on your bathroom counter, post on your story, and reorder without thinking twice.
So we built a digital-first love brand. Packaging that performs. Meta ads that earn the click. A website that doesn’t make people bounce. And the hundred small things in between that quietly add up to a brand people trust.
This is not another toothpaste ad. It’s an upgrade your mouth will notice.
That was the energy. Because the truth about Meta is that good design and good performance aren’t opposites, the best-performing creative is almost always the work that respects the viewer’s attention.
As an e-commerce design agency, we’ve made thousands of ads, and we’ve learned what actually moves the needle: a clear hook in the first frame, one idea per creative, and a reason to stop scrolling that isn’t a discount code. We designed Perfora’s Meta ads to do exactly that. High CTR, strong recall, and a creative that gives the performance team room to scale spend without burning out the account.
Static ads, motion, story formats, carousels. Different jobs, same standard. Every asset was built to earn its place in the feed.
Here’s a thing most people don’t realise about packaging: a pack isn’t a pack. It’s the first ad, the first impression, and the thing sitting in someone’s hand for the next three months. We don’t design one pack. We design a packaging system, a visual language that holds together whether it’s hero on a product page, thumbnail-sized in a search grid, or stacked on a retail shelf next to ten louder competitors.
For Perfora, every product speaks the same language while still owning its own category. Toothpaste reads as toothpaste. The brush reads as a brush. But put them side by side and you instantly know they’re family.
That consistency isn’t luck. It’s design thinking applied across an entire range, so the brand gets stronger every time you add a product, not messier.
A beautiful website that doesn’t convert is just an expensive brochure.
We approached Perfora’s website and e-commerce experience the way we approach every project: design in service of the decision. Clear hierarchy. Fast-loading product pages. Photography and copy that answer the question every shopper is silently asking — why should I switch?
We extended the same thinking to Amazon A+ content, where most brands give up and paste in stock images. Instead, we built A+ modules that tell the story properly, handle objections, and make the listing feel like the brand rather than a marketplace afterthought. Retail assets, emailers, and Instagram stories completed the system — so wherever a customer met Perfora, the brand felt like itself.
